Terms and Conditions
01. Service Agreement
When you use our Ok To Board service, you agree to follow these simple rules. This service helps you get approval from airlines to board your flight.
02. Application Completion
Payment must be made in full to initiate processing. Failure to submit payment will result in your application being considered incomplete and not processed.
03. Urgent Requests
Requests made less than 24 hours before Vistara or Fly Dubai flights incur extra fees. Less than 12 hours cannot be guaranteed for timely updates.
04. Night Submissions
Submissions made at night or non-working hours will be counted for processing during the next working shift.
05. Refund Policy
Once forwarded to airlines and processed, we are unable to provide refunds. Partial refunds considered only if the airline rejects due to timing issues.
06. Rescheduling (Important)
If your flight is rescheduled or you add extras (like baggage on Air Arabia), the previous OTB message becomes invalid. You must re-apply; additional charges apply.
07. Liability
Tripvenza Holidays is not responsible for airline rescheduling or travel delays. We facilitate the message updation only.
08. Modification of Rules
We reserve the right to update these terms. Usage of our service constitutes agreement to the current rules.
